Rates & Details


We are offering a select number of core memberships via application/invite only at very low studio rates (compared to what is standard in the area). With each core membership, you can access the space by purchasing blocks of time. There is no contract but you have 30 days to utilize the block of hours purchased. Payment in full for the block of time is due upon booking. When you use your block in full during the 30 day period, you can add on hours at the same rate, if you’d like. After you use your block of time, you can choose to remain a member by purchasing another block or cancel your membership. If you choose to stay a member and don’t purchase another block for 90 days, your membership is revoked. You may join again later if there is an opening. As a member, your rates will never go up from what is shown below. Once the core memberships are filled, or if you choose not to become a member but would like to use the space, the pricing will be available all others at a rental rate of $95-105/hr.

A review is required to utilize our space regardless of if you are a member or not. If you’re seeking a one off event usage, please email us directly at m.atelier.space@gmail.com for approval. We do not offer online booking to build relationships with local creatives wanting to use it and verify their creativity and professionalism. 

Current Membership rates.
  †1: 5hr block for $275 ($55 per hour)
  †2: 10hr block for $500 ($50 per hour)
  †3: 15hr block for $675 ($45 per hour)
  †4: 20hr block for $800 ($40 per hour)
  †5: 25hr block for $875 ($35 per hour)

Our space is not just for photographers, it is also available to dance or yoga classes, artist workshops, artist mentor sessions, intimate elopments, painting classes, styled shoots, poetry readings, intimate concerts, etc. If you plan to utilize the space consistently, becoming a member is a great way to keep costs down. Otherwise, hourly rentals are available to people who have inquired and been approved.

The space will be available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, unless there are unusual circumstances. As a member of M, you’ll have access to our private calendar to warn you of those events and other scheduling conflicts.
